Absolutly, Video has a place in blogging.... look at youtube... 100% accurate... now if a site can combine youtube and twitter (probably two of the most used "blogs/microblogs" out there) then we may be able to see changes... I think I may have done just that check us out http://www.twittrblog.com

I think videos will play a big role in marketing. Specially now that phones are coming up with better video taking features. We can expect many video uploads for the coming months or years.
